Assigned access on windows 8.1 to automatically launch apps on login

Windows 8.1 build 9385 got leaked a few days ago, indicating that Microsoft is indeed making the final adjustments to the next Windows release due this summer.
The newly leaked Windows 8.1 build 9385 has revealed new features. First, the Kiosk mode we found the previous builds has been renamed to Assigned Access Mode.

As you can see from the screenshot above, Assigned Access Mode is available under the Users setting, in the Lockdown category. Assigned Access Mode allows for the system to be locked down to a single immersive app. Users can set this app to launch automatically when the system logs on. The operating system can also be locked down to specific features.
